I think this means that you have to train yourself to look with
in and train your heart and the more you do it the more your educating your
heart. Why because it’s the right thing to do for
example: if you’re taking an exam and
you don’t know the answers your like saying should I copy him/her or not. But you
think about it and you end up saying no I’m not going to copy her.
