student success statement William Penn

Choose the right!!!
Student success statement
“Right is right, even if everyone
Is against it; and wrong is wrong,
Even if everyone is for it.”
William Penn

Reflection; I think this great statement by William peen is trying to say that everyone’s capable of doing what they like. They know right from wrong. They know what they’re doing. Everyone makes mistakes no one’s perfect in this world. You are what you believe you are. If you know you’re doing the right thing but, people say it’s wrong or there against it well to bad at least you know you’re doing well and some people do the wrong things and people think there doing the right thing pues to bad. What can you do? Just people got to know right from wrong that’s it everyone’s capable in doing well in life but, everyone makes mistakes.

Cowardice asks the question ‘is it safe?’
Expediency asks the question ‘is it politic?’
Vanity asks the questions ‘is it popular?’

But, conscience asks the question, ‘is it right?’
And there comes a time when one must take a
Position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular,
But one must take it ones because ones’
Conscience tells one that it is right.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Reflection: what I think this statement by Dr. Luther King Jr. means or is trying to say is that you are capable of doing anything but first you ask yourself that question. Is it safe?’ expediency ask yourself this question. ‘Is it politic?’ You should always know right from wrong. But still ask yourself if you have to. ‘Is it right?’ everyone makes mistakes you learn from your mistakes no one’s perfect in the world. But ones conscience tells you what’s right and what’s wrong but some people make the wrong choices its okay though. but this statement is trying to say that you should always do what’s right because its for the best. You live a better life and get to live happy. This is what I think about this amazing statement. J

When you tell a lie Paul hatch

When you tell a lie
Paul hatch

When you tell one lie, it leads to another
So you tell two lies to cover each other
Then you tell three lines and, oh bother,

So you tell four lies to try to protect you
Then you tell five lies so folks won’t suspect you
Then you tell six lies and you’ll collect
A life filled with worries and fears
‘Cause you can’t remember how many lies you've told
And half the things you say aren't true
And sometime you’ll slip up, you’ll slip up and then
Whatever you become of you?

So you lie and lie without even trying
And each lie without even trying
And each lie you lie tell will keep multiplying
‘Till the whole wide world will know you’re lying
Then you’ll be
Suspected
Detected
Rejected
Neglected
Disliked
And you should!
When you lie, you’re closing the floor
On everything good
